To ensure the safety of our staff, volunteers, and animal residents, Second Chance Pet Rescue of Grand Lake strictly accepts only non-aggressive animals. All potential intakes must adhere to our behavioral safety standards and undergo an initial assessment prior to admission. We reserve the right to decline any animal that exhibits aggressive tendencies or otherwise compromises the secure and harmonious environment of our facility.

* Aggressive animals can not be accepted to Oklahoma State Laws. Our shelter maintains the best safety practices for all staff an animals.

This waiting list will be reviewed in the order they are received and you will be contacted as space and resources become available.

Submission of this form does not mean your animal is surrendered to the Second Chance Pet rescue, it puts your application for surrendering your animal in to our queue. Contacts and call back time may vary from a few weeks to a few months depending on the volume of animal surrender.
